SESSION 1: Vinyasa - Embodying The Journey
In this 60 minute practice we will embody the transformative power of vinyāsa, as a means to cultivating the presence, both on and most importantly off the mat, that enables an intimate connection with the often overlooked essence of our human lives, the journey itself.
SESSION 2: The Refuge of Awareness - Yin Yoga & Buddhist Mindfulness
In this 75 minute practice we will integrate the empowering teachings of Buddhist mindfulness with the passive approach of Yin Yoga, catalyzing the mind's return to the innate refuge of awareness from which all levels of psychospiritual suffering (dukkha) begin to dissolve.
