It is Whit’s intention to share the healing wisdom and practices of Buddhist meditation and yoga by way of the traditional Buddhist practice of dāna.
It is through your generous support that Whit can continue to share the teachings in this way, and he, along with the entire practice community, rely on each other to keep this traditional approach alive for all of us.
A portion of your dāna/donation will in turn be donated to the Burmese monastery of Mahāsī Sayadaw where Whit studies and practices (Yangon, Myanmar) sponsoring a monthly meal for the monastic community and connecting us all by way of generosity to the source of ‘THE TEACHINGS’ , supporting the over 500 monks and nuns that help form the rich fabric of Burmese society.
Whit also works closely with two non-for-profits: ‘Better Burma’ and ‘Insight Myanmar’, where your generous donations support the medical, food and infrastructural aid such as building of new schools, so desperately needed by the refugees of Myanmar fleeing the violence of the barbaric military dictatorship.
Your support helps us to fulfil our intention to honour the Buddha’s way of life, to support others to receive the gift of these ancient teachings in the way they have been passed down for over 2600 years, and to plant the seeds that we hope will one day shift our global economic paradigm to one based upon altruistic tendencies.
We thank you for your generous support.

*If you have the option of donating via bank transfer (e-transfer/international bank transfer), as oppose to a credit card donation (STRIPE), it would be greatly appreciated as the STRIPE fees have a significant impact on the final donation received. We thank you for your understanding.
